1/ General responsibilities:
• To plan and arrange effective and efficient transportation, in general, and bus services including bus routes & schedule at beginning of each academic year, to make necessary adjustments for students attending clubs, overloads, lateness and related problems.
• To communicate with parents and the bus contractor to exchange information, coordinate activities and resolve issues, concerns and questions regarding transportation services, student behavioural problems.
• To receive and respond to inquiries concerning routing and other transportation questions; continuously survey the existing services for safety, costs and areas in need of improvement; to advise the school of needs involving safety and legal matters.
• To directly investigate and verify and resolve complaints.
• To prepare and maintain a variety of records and reports related to routing, schedules, contracts & liquidations, accidents and other transportation services; review daily time reports, bus records, and vehicle inspection records ext.
• To maintain personnel records including license and certificate expirations, medical expirations for the renewal of the bus driver certificate.
• To manage the implementation of policies, procedures, goals, or objectives and to ensure that bus drivers and assistants comply with these.
• To conduct a variety of training sessions for bus drivers and bus assistants such as Child Protection, Health & Safety, Code of conduct and so on
• To ensure contract, invoice and payment to the bus contractor are in compliance.
• To fulfil any reasonable additional responsibilities as requested by Business Director or Manager from time to time.
• Help support the school’s Positive Behaviour Policy and report to DSL’s any behaviour issues.
• Work with Health and Safety Leads on audits for best practice e.g. drug testing.
• Arrange bus’s for school events.
• Monitor the B2B system.
2/ Benefit schedule:
- Working hour: from Monday to Friday and from 7:30 am to 4:30 pm
- Lunch Allowance 48,000đ/day; teambuilding, year end party, annual salary review and 13th-month bonus
- SI, HI, UI as regulation (10,5% on gross salary); medical insurance from Generali
- Club for sports, English and extra activities after working hour for Union Members
- At least 20 days of annual leave during school holidays (in general 2 days in October, 5 days in December, 2 days in April, 12-15 days in July) + 3 personal leave
