Recruit Academic Manager tại Hồ Chí Minh - Công Ty TNHH Học Thức Tiêu Điểm

The Academic Manager will manage up to 10 centers within the following scope
1. Coordinate with the Operations Department in regard to the Academic Department
• Work closely with the Scheduler for Teachers and TAs scheduling and student
progress
• Quality Control of Teachers and TAs via CCTV/in-class observation
• KPI assessment of teachers and TAs
• Mediate any classroom situations and find solutions for issues in said classes
• Communicate with Center Managers about classroom situations including the
opening/merging/closing of classes in order to maximize ACS
• Communicate with Customer Service Team about parent request and complaints
related to the academic department
2. Coordinate with the Human Resources Department for Recruitment
• Interview Foreign Teachers, Vietnamese Teachers, and Teaching Assistants for
FLA as they are needed
• Recruit Foreign Teachers, Vietnamese Teachers, and Teaching Assistants for
FLA as they are needed
3. Build and Maintain a Strong Training and Coaching Program
• Provide initial training for all newcoming teachers and teaching assistants
• Create and provide workshops for all existing teachers and teaching assistants for
their academic growth
• Update training programs as the curriculum changes due to academic trends
4. Working with Marketing side
• Communicate with the Sales and Marketing team to arrange and plan events that
promote FLA
• Help to arrange schedules for events, classes, demos, and placement tests
5. Working with the Curriculum Department
• Quality Assurance of materials before release for teacher’s usage
• Communicating with Curriculum Department for any changes in program content
6. Teaching
• Teach up to 12 hours/week for the following situations
▪ Placement Tests
▪ Demos
▪ Covering Teachers
▪ Make-Up Classes
7. Working with the Board of Manager (BOM)
• Communicate with BOM team for changes and updates to be made in the
academic department
• Other tasks may be assigned by BOM when required
• At work, under the direction of BOM and direct manager

WORKING REQUIREMENTS
• Bachelor degree
• Good knowledge of Education in Vietnam and current trends in Education
• Experience in Academic Manager, Head of Teacher, Recruitment, Leadership
• Experience in teaching Robotic, STEM subjects is an advantage
• Works well with technology
• Committed and dedicated team player
• Friendly, active, positive attitude
