Job Description:
• Monitor and moderate all user-generated content (UGC) on social media platforms to ensure all UGC comply with Vietnamese laws and regulations and international information.
• Guide business feedback / support members when participating in forums / support collaborators.
• Perform the job of protecting the forums activities, supporting users, connecting and managing 24/7.
• Provide advice and meaning to company leadership on how to handle problematic, inappropriate, and socially and politically sensitive UGC.
• Work closely with the legal department to issue early invitations and act quickly on issues related to content and UGC on the companys platform.
• When necessary, liaise and work with government agencies to address their required collaborative approach.
• Other tasks as required by the level manager.

Skills and Qualifications:
- Good understanding of Vietnamese laws and regulations on media, social media and forums, press; A bachelors degree in social science or law is preferred.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in moderating social networks, communities, forums or media or managing administrative of social media channels or related roles
- Good skills in software and technical tools.
- Fluent in Vietnamese and English.
- Clear and logical way of thinking and presenting.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
