Mô tả công việc
Compute monthly payroll, Personal Income Tax, staff allowances and bonus in accordance with company policies.
- Make monthly/periodically internal payroll reports/ costing reports, PIT reports and other statutory reports for relevant authorities.
- Support HR Manager to develop and implement C&B Policies, Reward & Recognition Programs, Loyalty Schemes, Health Care.
- Handle HR operations and benefits administration including self-insured, group life, medical insurance as well as expatriate, partner & directors benefits administration.
- Package, Disciplinary Actions, etc.
- Conduct, prepare data for salary survey.
- Assist HR Managers in annual salary review, performance evaluation, promotion programs, etc.
- Manage staff database, labour contract, overtime database.
- Perform other tasks assigned by the Management.
- Support the HR Manager to prepare the annual budget.
- Participate/ assist HRM in implementing teams projects & initiatives.

Yêu cầu kỹ năng
- At least 2-year experience in C&B role in foreign companies with strong background in C&B, good knowledge of labour law, PITlaw, Social Insurance Law and other related regulations.
- University graduate in related fields.
- Able to work well under pressure and to meet targets & deadlines.
- Expert user of MS Office (Word, Excel).
- Experience in working with the HR Management system.
- Mature, careful and result-oriented.
- English communication skills.
