Handling the monthly payroll:
• Calculate the monthly payroll (salary, allowances, deductions, adjustments, overtime payment, unpaid leave, sick leave, etc.) for employees based on the timesheet and overtime records;
• Settlement of payments for resigned and new employees;
• Send monthly pay-slip to all employees;
• Answer questions of and explain to employees about the company’s policies on salaries and benefits;
• Monitor the annual leave balance monthly and yearly;
Handling the PIT:
• Manage the registration of PIT code for employee and declaration of employee''s dependent (if any);
• Identify a list of employees who must pay PIT, fulfill and ensure the obligations to pay and declare PIT fully and timely;
• Make monthly PIT declaration/annual PIT finalization for employees (for local and expatriate) & request for payment.
SHUI & PTI Health insurance:
• Monitor and keep track of all updates regarding SHUI and compare with monthly records provided by Social insurance office;
• Complete the files & procedures, contact the Social insurance office for employees to participate in SHUI; and guide employees about SHUI regimes in accordance with regulations;
• Perform all SHUI procedures: Claim Social Insurance Allowance & close Social Insurance Book for employee;
• Monitor PTI health insurance participation, guide and inform new updates to employees;
• Keep updated on changes in tax, labor, social insurance, health insurance, and unemployment insurance law and regulations;
Manage the employee database: frequently update the HR database, employee files to ensure the accuracy and up-to-date information of all employees are stored on time.
Labor contract: Prepare and handle all matters related to labor contract management (offer letter, confirmation, labor contract, termination) to ensure follow company rule and regulations;
Others:
• Make periodic internal HR-related reports (Weekly/Monthly Employment Status, Headcount, Payroll, Trade Union, etc., ) and other reports requested by managers.
• Other tasks assigned by managers.

Work Location: NoiBai International Airport (company has arranged shuttle bus for transportation)
12 paid annual leave days;
Salary review once per year (depend on Company business and staff’s performance)
Extra medical insurance;
Work schedule: 7.30am – 4.30pm, from Monday to Friday.
Year-end bonus and public occasions bonus;
Meal allowance and shuttle bus from Hanoi.

College/University degree in Human resources management, business administration, law or related field;
Gender: Any
At least 1- 2 years’ experience in the same position;
Age: 24 – 35
Excellent computer skills, especially in MS Excel;
Strong interpersonal skills; Good at English communication skills;
Good knowledge of Vietnamese Labor Law, PIT Law, Social Insurance, Health Insurance and Unemployment Insurance law and related regulations;
Ability to work well under pressure;
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time efficiently;
Experience in aviation technical company is preferred but not required.
