JOB BRIEF:
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Visual Merchandising Supervisor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our Visual Merchandising Executives deliver displays according to brand standards, maintaining consistency across all stores. You will take ownership of various visual merchandising tasks, including training, planning, and coordinating with other departments. This position offers a unique opportunity to work closely with Operations, Inventory, and Marketing teams to align visual merchandising strategies with business goals and customer profiles.
DETAILED JOB DESCRIPTION:
1. Main Responsibility
• Responsible for ensuring the Visual Merchandising Executive delivers display according to brand standards and ensure consistency throughout all stores
• Takes on ownership and responsibilities in accordance with all Brand standards, policies and procedures.
• Carry out generic and seasonal training and evaluation to Visual Merchandising Executive and Store Managers/ Supervisors
• Work closely with Operations and Inventory to ensue display accordingly to business analysis and customer profile.
• Reactive plans with past performance to align with business goals and targets
• New/ Reno/closing Store Plans: Props ordering, display planogram, floorplan capacity planning, store opening reports
• Event/Installation: Planning of display space, selection of suitable capsules and provide feedback on improving display concept/materials
• Yearly Planning: Budget and & Expenses & Training Schedules and evaluation
• Quarterly Planning: Generic and window props ordering and keep track of props inventory
• Monthly Actions: Photo submission, checklist, report, action plans and events follow-ups
• Weekly: Island & window memo planning, weekly huddle report and reactive plans, weekly report to principle and BM
• Responsible for doing mix&match for photoshoot of brands, KOL, outift in store and train sales staffs mix&match skill.
• Manage and implement graphics in store as brand campaign and promotion in store as marketing plan; and Vm tools.
• Follow SSU to fix the defect of stores to ensure the good image.
• Translate VM training and campaign documents of brands.
• Train and update with store staffs and team about new trend and campaign of brands.
• Support Operation and Marketing team to ensure the best VM for store event.
• Do the transfer list (LCTB, best seller, worst seller, …)
• Implement reports and issue works as Brand Manager’s request.
2. Management of People
• Manage the performance of the Visual Merchandising Executive by establishing objectives and deadlines and by reviewing the team’s performance in accordance with the Company’s policies, business goals and brand standards.
• Ensure clear and consistent communication to the Visual Merchandising to ensure the team is aware of the Company’s current objectives, strategy as well as brand display standard.
• Motivate and help Visual Merchandising Executive improve skill sets
3. Management of Visual Merchandising
• Manage and implement the Visual Strategy in line with Company and Brand guidelines.
• Develop, feedback and suggest new ideas for visual merchandising.
• Identify visual merchandising issues and opportunities at both the regional and store level and take appropriate action, continually challenging the status quo and providing feedback to BM/ Principal
• Liaise with BM / Principal to ensure latest knowledge of architecture, layout, fixtures and visual merchandising equipment for the store.
