Warehouse Management Specialist (Chuyên Viên Quản Lý Kho)

JOB OBJECTIVES :
• Performs material distribution services including inventorying, checking, stocking, issuing, and delivering of direct and indirect materials on a daily basis to all production lines and after finishing the order back to the warehouse. Provide assistance as representative of the RRC Vietnam warehouse to the production line in resolving problems concerning all material distribution topics. Responsible and accountable for receipts of all stock items and keeping correct levels of material for the production line following the production schedule.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
• Manage daily goods data, thereby providing enough, correct raw materials for production lines
• Follow up the production plan and deliver needed materials on-time to the related production lines / remove material on-time from production line after the production order is finished and ensure proper storage and material transfer/booking in SAP.
• Manage scrap material handling considering correct scrap numbers in SAP and with recycling service company & customs officer if relevant.
• Prepare finished products for shipment as planned
• Manage, control, assign and evaluate work of warehouse workers.
• Carrying out monthly inventory, synthesizing data to make a month-end material report for direct and indirect material.
• Improve warehouse & material distribution cost by optimizing: MOQ / material packaging requirements & procedures / material picking / material delivery to & from line to warehouse etc
