Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Support:
• Assist the sales team in preparing quotation, samples & marketing material.
• Maintain and update customer databases and sales records.
• Coordinate with technical/QC team for product testing.
• Prepare sales reports and presentations as required.
2. Administrative Duties:
• Manage and organize sales documents, including contracts, proposals, and correspondence.
• Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate personnel.
• Perform general office duties such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.
3. Team Collaboration:
• Work closely with the sales team to achieve sales targets and objectives.
• Participate in sales meetings and training sessions.
• Provide feedback and suggestions to improve sales processes and customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with supporting team for orders handling.
4. Other Duties:
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the Sales Manager or other senior staff.
• Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge to provide informed assistance to customers and the sales team.
