Account Manager (Event/ Activation)

JOB DESCRIPTION
- BTL service
- Serve as the liaison between clients and internal teams. Core priority is addressing client needs and concerns as quickly and effectively as possible to develop and maintain strong relationships.
1. Client Service:
- Maintain accurate client records, keeping track of any contract updates and renewals.
- Build and strengthen client relationships to achieve long-term partnerships.
- Act as the main point of contact in all matters relating to client concerns and needs.
- Stay on top of accounts, making sure client receiving services that are within their budget and meeting their needs.
2. Project Running:
- Follow bidding process with internal teams.
- Provide ideas and execution solutions based on client understanding and expertise.
- Manage and oversee project running including problem-solving, directing set-up, communicating with operation staff, and organizing vendors.
- Create cost estimation and ensure within client budget.
- Evaluate project success and submit reports.
3. Leadership:
- Assign and manage workload of staff to ensure the project timeline.
- Ensure project quality as of client's expectation.
- Provide assistance and training to your staffs for their career development.
