Crossian is looking for a detail-oriented accountant to perform and coordinate accounting duties within our organization. The accountant's responsibilities include preparing financial reports, performing account reconciliations, maintaining the general ledger, preparing tax returns, assisting with audit preparations, and performing other accounting duties as assigned. WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Ensure that all cash receipts are posted daily and matched correctly
- Perform accounting activities as well as periodical accounting and financial reports
- Conduct monthly reconcile account payables and account receivables
- Ensure payments to partners / employees/ consultants are paid on time
- Coordinate with tax, accounting, and audit consulting firms to ensure compliance with regulations, and address any issues related to financial and tax matters
- Prepare bank reconciliation monthly
- Ensure compliance with all accounting policies, procedures and internal controls
- Summarize and prepare quarterly VAT, CIT declaration
- Perform other tasks as assigned by Accounting Manager/ Team Leader
