Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular audits of financial processes to identify areas for improvement.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records
- Stay updated on changes in financial regulations and assess their impact on the organization.
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports for regulatory agencies.
- Liaise with external auditors and regulatory bodies as needed.
- Collaborate with the accounting team to implement compliance strategies and best practices.
- Provide training and support to staff on compliance-related issues.
- Assist in the development and implementation of compliance policies and procedures.
