We specialize in supplying and installing kitchen cabinets and bathroom vanities to owners and builder contractors across Canada and the United States with superior quality and craftsmanship for more than a decade. Zen-Living has 3 locations: head office and manufacturing factory in Calgary-Canada, representative office in HCMC and our main factory in Cu Chi-Vietnam.
Job Description
1/ Costing accounting
- Collect, process and analyze cost data related to products and services, ensuring accurate cost calculation.
- Report price fluctuations to support management in decision making.
- Record into accounting accounts related to costs according to the accurately accounting method.
- Identify the correct objects for collecting operating costs, objects for calculating costs and organize cost collection according to the correct objects.
- Prepare periodic cost and cost summary reports
- Calculate the cost of services and goods accurately and promptly.
- Other requirements by manager
2/ General accounting
* A/R accounting:
- Follow up the receivable US’s customer
- Tracking commission information of retail customer
* Cash accounting:
- Manage office income and expenditure (cash on hand, cash at bank)
- Monitor and plan budget to send to parent company in Canada
* HR tasks
- Calculate salaries for employees
- Responsible for administrative and human resources related tasks at the office
- Other tasks as required by manager

Salary: 17 mil - 20 mil
