Mô tả công việc
- Collect, input and issue invoices on the software
- Make payment/receipt by cash and bank
- Check and confirm the validity and accuracy of documents and invoices
- In charge of preparing and posting the accounting entries.
- Prepare VAT/PIT reports
- And other internal tasks depending on the time.
HR-Admin:
- Establish and maintain employee profile (employment contracts, job descriptions, CVs, degrees, etc.)
- Carry out procedures and documents related to visas, work permits, temporary residence cards for foreign employees
- Process payroll, mandatory insurance, personal income tax
- Arrange and plan recruitment for the company
- Manage the company's internal database (annual leave, sickness, maternity, etc.)
- Handle general administrative tasks, including office supplies procurement, travel arrangements, and facilities management, or arrange for repair if necessary.
- Answer employee questions related to policies and human resources issues
- Review and innovate company policies and comply with the law
- Ensure a positive and conducive working environment for all employees
- Receive and classify postal sent to the company
- Perform other tasks under the direct direction of the department head and BOD.
