Mô tả công việc

ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT:
* Schedule meetings and appointments, manage calendars for office
* Prepare presentations and reports, as assigned, utilizing data analysis and presentation tools.
* Coordinate and arrange meetings and events, including logistical arrangements and catering.
* Manage office supplies, equipment, and inventory, placing orders and maintaining optimal levels.
* Book travel and accommodations.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, filing systems, and databases.
* Process invoices, manage petty cash, and handle basic accounting tasks.
COMMUNICATION AND CUSTOMER SERVICE:
* Act as the first point of contact for visitors, handling inquiries and directing them appropriately.
* Answer phone calls and emails promptly and professionally, providing information and assistance.
* Compose and distribute correspondence, including letters, emails, and internal memos.
* Maintain positive and professional relationships with clients.
