Aqua Technical Specialist - Asia (Open for Vienamese and Asian)

Area of Coverage: ASIA
This position reports to the Technical Service Manager
Location: Vietnam, Thailand, Philippines, China, South Korea
1. Business Development/ Sales Support
• Work with the sales team to prepare business development activities through the identifying the best approach to prospects
• Do follow up discussions to KA and clients. This may be done alone or together with the sales team.
• Assist in the conceptualization, planning and implementation of sales tactics and action plans.
• Understand customer needs and requests to ensure business continuity, and strengthen relationships.
• Analysis of performance based on set sales budget.
2. Technical Support
• Conduct technical seminars and product presentations based plans by the sales team.
• Take the lead in product trials- from protocol preparation, to trial implementation and monitoring, and collation of the trial results.
• Act the primary contact person for technical related inquiries.
• Provide technical updates and technical trainings.
• Writing of technical articles and bulletins
• Build and maintain promotional materials such trial brochures, marketing materials.
• Stay updated on aquaculture competing products
• Market watch and exchange information to support sales in the different markets (Asia/EU)
3. Link to the global PM Team
• Coordinate with the global PM team, to ensure alignment of local technical approach.
• Help in the provision of market and industry information to the global product managers and product specialists.
4. Technical service deployment
• Develop new tool and new service to support sale team
