1. Role and Responsibilities (Overall key responsibilities from helicopter point of view)
- Manage a team of HNA to generate new business and grow existing business throughout the territory.
- Responsible for the long-term growth of Danone Nutrition products in territory by increasing awareness among Health Care professionals on the important role of nutrition in improving quality of life, and the superiority of Danone products to competitor brands.
- Develop the selling skill presentation skill and communication skills of HNA to establish a high performing ethical sales team.
- Develop KOL relationships to promote the Danone brand and influence the perception of Danone products as the brand of first choice, by HCPs in all specialties ( OBG , pediatricians, Nutritionist and Neonantology ) and at all level
2. Main Duties and Functions
Sale Management
- Develop and implement sales plans to achieve business targets within the assigned region.
- Ensure product availability and listing product to target list hospital, maintain and develop relationships with HCPs, KOLs, KDM and distributors
- Monitor, analyze, and optimize the performance of the sales team to ensure revenue goals are met.
- Identify business opportunities and build plans and strategies for their assigned territory. Responsible for performance management & execution of assigned portfolio within geography to ensure achievement of business goals & KPIs
People Management
- Create development plans for each HNA to resolve individual and team-based capability gaps, to establish a high performing sales team
- Maintain strong, current nutrition, scientific, and medical knowledge to support selling and educating about Danone products. Support the execution of customer account plans by coaching and developing HNA to become high performers
- Recruit, train, coach and develop the competency of sales team
- Leverage KOL relationships to gain access to and influence HCPs with whom no relationship exists, and/or who do not recommend Danone products as the brand of first choice. Help set account-level targets for HNA and support their ability to meet these targets.
HCPs Management
- Organize and execute educational events, workshops, and seminars for HCPs to promote company products and share scientific information.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals (HCPs), including OBG doctors, pediatricians, Nutritionists, Midwises, Nurses and other influencers in the nutrition space.
- Identify and collaborate with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to advocate for the product portfolio
Market and Competitor Analysis
- Provide strategic business recommendations based on insights into competitors and market changes.
- Stay updated on market trends, analyze and forecast nutritional product demand.
- Understand the market and category opportunities within territory to identify opportunities for market share growth at the customer/account level.
Reporting And Internal Collaboration
- Report on sales results, challenges, and opportunities, and propose solutions to senior management.
- Collaborate closely with other department ( Marketing , Medical , Commercial , HR and Finance) to ensure smooth and effective implementation of business strategies
