Branch Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the branch, ensuring efficient and effective logistics and forwarding services. This role involves managing staff, optimizing processes, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. The Branch Manager will also be accountable for achieving financial targets, developing business strategies, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company policies, and fostering a positive work environment.
Key accountabilities
Professional accountabilities:
• Take leadership in project development, quality management, operations, financial performance of all projects and services provided in the area of responsibility.
• Direct all departments to meet budget and other financial goals.
• Direct and participate in growth activities to support overall business objectives and plans.
• Oversee day to day functions of Ho Chi Minh office.
• Responsible for general management of Ho Chi Minh office.
• To communicate with different type/level of people to establish a rapport with team members and other departments.
• Solicit and integrate new business so as to improve operation efficiencies.
• Negotiate and coordinate of all third parties local contracts, transportation, local supplies and cash flow forecasting in close co-operation with Finance Manager.
• Perform any ad-hoc projects as required/assigned.
• Lead a team of highly motivated logistics experts with a clear focus on continuous growth and adherence to company rules and regulations.
• Oversee and improve the correspondence of subordinates with customers and colleagues to achieve the highest service level possible.
• Have a clear focus on profitability and operational excellence.
• Establish and maintain a close co-operation with local and oversee colleagues and partners.
• Monitor performance KPI’s as set by the organization closely and strive for continuous improvement of the branch.

• To be always in compliance with the company rules and regulations.
• To have a clear focus on Company’s profitability.
• To establish and maintain a close cooperation with local and overseas colleagues and partners.
• To closely focus on the achievement of targets (KPI’s) as set by the company (continuous improvement).
• To inform the superior immediately in case of problems, concerns or any potential risks.
• To handle all claims (first steps of the claim process) as per the company claim procedure/guideline.
• To perform other accountabilities as assigned by General Director.
