Report to: Commercial Manager, Pet Nutrition, VN&KH
Responsibilities:
In close collaboration with the sales manager, work out the distribution strategies and coverage plan to maximize the sales potential for strategic accounts and e-commerce.
- Based on the monthly sales target set by the trade marketing team, set an achievable sales target to ensure that the sales team can reach the target monthly.
- To be responsible for making monthly plans to increase the distribution coverage, set the route plans and call frequency, and identify active outlets by supplier, by category, and by key SKU.
- To work with BDM to propose the size of the sales force, the sales structure, the job description for various positions in the sales team, the sales team KPIs, route plans, distribution coverage, etc.
- To be responsible for recruiting and selecting the qualified sales team, providing sales training, and directing, coaching, motivating, and evaluating the sales team's performance on a monthly or quarterly basis to ensure that the sales team's productivity is always improved.
- Based on the report formats initiated by the Trade Marketing team to gather timely and reliable information about distribution by supplier, by SKU, OOS, inventory at store level/stockist, order strike rates to measure the sales team’s performance, as well as information about the market, competitors’ activities, consumer purchasing trends, etc. that will help the leadership team make the right decisions.
- To work closely with the manager, capacity development, to provide necessary training courses for the sales team to increase their productivity. In addition, to develop a suitable program to develop potential sales team members to higher organizational levels.
