Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, traditional media and offline activation.
Campaign Execution :
Develop compelling content for various marketing channels, including social media (Facebook, TikTok, Zalo OA, LinkedIn) posts, sales kit, POSM, and website copy.
Content Creation:
Collaborate with designers and other team members to produce high-quality, visual-appealing marketing materials.
Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive analysis.
Support the development and maintenance of the company’s brand identity.
Ensure consistent messaging and branding across all marketing channels and materials.

Develop and maintain relationships with key opinion consumers (KOCs) and influencers to enhance brand visibility and credibility.
Analyze the digital customer journey and user behavior, provide actionable insights to inform marketing strategies and enhance customer experience.
Analyze marketing data to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and initiatives.
Manage CRM tools to enhance customer relationship management and marketing effectiveness.
Data Analysis:
Prepare reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
Platform Operation:
Monitor and maintain Karavan platform to ensure optimal performance and uptime of product display and other platform assets.
Execute personalized marketing campaigns using customer data from the CDP
Engage with customers and gather feedback to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Cross-function Collaboration:
Work closely with cross-functional team (Category, Sales, Growth, Product, CS...) to align marketing efforts with sales objectives including:
Identify and troubleshoot technical issues, working closely with the Tech support team to resolve them promptly.
Liaise with other departments and coordinate with external partners, vendors, and agencies to ensure seamless execution of marketing activities.

Yêu cầu kỹ năng
Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and tools.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM systems, social media management tools).
2-3 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably in the eCommerce or FMCG industry with proven track record of effective brand and campaign execution
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze metrics and derive actionable insights.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Vietnamese and English.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM systems, social media management tools).
