Mô tả công việc

 Quantity: 01
• Working location: Hanoi & Hai Duong City
Objective/Expectation:
Assist the Commercial Manager in controlling the budget and all costs related to the construction project. Ensure the procurement of necessary services and resources, and negotiate costs with subcontractors/ suppliers.
Key Responsibilities:
Bidding to select subcontractor and supplier
• Preparing the Bidding Document: Compile tender document that including: Drawings, Specifications, Scope of Work, ITB, programa, etc.
• Invitation to Bid: Notify potential subcontractors and suppliers of the opportunity, utilizing appropriate advertising methods and outlining specific requirements for bid submissions.
• Bid Evaluation: Evaluate bids based on criteria such as price, experience, qualifications, and past performance.
• Selection Process: Determine winning bids, potentially involving interviews and negotiations.
• Contract Award: Award contracts to chosen subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring clear terms and conditions.
Contract Management:
• Drafting: Create contracts, technical specifications, and instructions for subcontractors, adhering to FIDIC standards.
• Negotiation and Execution: Draft, negotiate, and execute contracts effectively.
• Procedure Development: Develop, maintain, and improve company procedures, standards, and policies.
• Legal Compliance: Ensure all activities comply with relevant legal regulations.
Payment work
• Payment Schedule: Establish a clear timeline for payments, linked to project milestones or deliverables.
• Payment Methods: Define acceptable forms of payment (checks, electronic transfers, etc.).
• Retention: Determine if a percentage of payment will be withheld until project completion or a warranty period, ensuring work quality.
• Change Orders: Establish a process for handling changes to the original scope of work, including cost adjustments and payment schedule modifications.
• Final Account: Collaborate with the Employer to finalize payment, ensuring accuracy and transparency.
Dispute Resolution & Risk Management:
• Best Practices: Seek and implement optimal commercial management practices.
• Risk Mitigation: Proactively identify and mitigate commercial risks.
• Claims: Identify grounds for claims to investors and partners, and draft claim documents.
• Negotiations: Lead contract claim negotiations, representing both client and contractor perspectives.
Contract Compliance:
• Adherence: Ensure adherence to contractual procedures across all relevant contract structures.
• Audits: Conduct regular contract compliance audits.
• Risk and Opportunity Management: Identify and manage commercial risks and opportunities within construction projects, assessing their impact on the overall project.
