Job Description:
Our company specializes in the cutting and sewing of sofa covers, with the aim of expanding production in the future to include sofa beds and recliner chairs. We are looking for an Assistant Manager who can support the company in managing daily operations and future expansion processes.
Main Responsibilities:
• Support the management in overseeing production and business operations.
• Coordinate and supervise the cutting and sewing process of sofa covers.
• Collaborate in the planning of the expansion towards the production of sofa beds and recliner chairs.
• Assist in import-export procedures, handling customs documentation and international logistics.
• Coordinate the operational team, ensuring adherence to production timelines and quality requirements.
• Monitor inventory and materials, ensuring the factory operates efficiently.
• Provide regular reports to management on production progress and sales performance.

• Giám sát kho hàng và nguyên vật liệu, đảm bảo nhà máy hoạt động hiệu quả.
• Cung cấp các báo cáo định kỳ cho ban quản lý về tiến độ sản xuất và doanh thu.
