Assitant Technical Designer Staff

- Use account to log in Centric system as Agent.
- Download tech pack, pattern in PLM and save them in share folder.
- Check email request sample from customer.
- Review all tech packs from customers and share TP/pattern (highlight some special note if need) with factory to request sample from 2nd fit sample stage to PP sample stage.
- Download TP for all stages in Flex and upload it into EMS and EVN share folder.
- Download the Data Package (Tech Pack & Pattern) for all stages in Centric/Flex to save in EVN share folder.
- Support factory to understand tech pack and sample requirement from develop (costing, tailoring, proto…) to production.
- Review all samples of each stage before sending to customers to ensure quality, construction, fitting, measurements are followed brand’s requirements.
- Fill in point of measurement into Centric.
- Advising and answering for technical throughout the product development process (construction, fitting, measurements, grading) to production for the factory.
- Document upload, Databases upload in Centric.
- Checking approved sample and attach Green Seal Sample to send to QC to proceed bulk.
- Upload the AWB# sample sending information into Centric.
- Request final pattern from factory for all styles every end of season and upload all pattern into Centric/Flex PLM system.
- Work with various members of the team to stay updated on data management systems and processes.
