About the Department
The Human Resources function balances organisational aspirations and employee needs, as we accelerate and strengthen people capabilities to enable sustainable business growth at UOB. Our team of Human Resources specialists are guided by four employee commitments: do what is right, build meaningful careers, make a real difference and lead by positive example.
Job Responsibilities
• Be country SME for the related policies and guidance to advise and consult various stakeholders.
• Provide advisory on Employees Data Governance.
• Proactively contribute to enhancement of relevant governance, processes and policies.
• Budget planning and cost management includes prepare forecasts, staff cost trend reports and monitors cost and commitment to budget and forecast.
• Statistical reporting to Country and Group management (employee demographics, employee turnover and hiring control and status).
• Analyse the current and forecast workforce data against external market and control within the Target Operating Model across businesses and functions.
• Monitor the organizational hierarchy, position and staffing models in accordance with the Target Operating Model of the businesses and functions.
• Contribute to incentive governance and be responsible for checking and reviewing incentives/ recognition payments from the business to ensure payments are complied with incentive programs.
• Assist in compensation data analytics, rewards operations where required.
• Advise the implementation on programs related to position, compensation and benefit of international employee assignments.
• Related Risk/Compliance/ regulatory review and activities.
• Other policies/projects as assigned by Line manager.
