Strategic B2B2C Partnership Management:
Lead the development and nurturing of B2B2C partnerships, ensuring relationships are grounded in mutual benefit and strategic alignment with the company’s objectives
Product Innovation Collaboration:
Work closely with the Product Department to innovate and tailor products and services, specifically focusing on payroll and salary solutions to meet partner needs
Relationship Building Excellence:
Cultivate and maintain strong, efficient relationships with business partners and collaborators, maximizing benefits and efficiency for the organization.
Sales Leadership:
Direct the internal sales team with a strategic focus, ensuring the successful execution of sales plans and the achievement of ambitious sales targets
Promotion and Program Development:
Innovatively propose and promote sales and partner programs, customizing these initiatives to align with specific project requirements.
Cross-Functional Project Coordination:
Ensure seamless collaboration across relevant departments to facilitate effective project implementation and coordination
