* General job description:
- Oversee all aspects of FVH hospitality services, from guest relations, front office operations, interpretation, food and beverage management, linen and housekeeping to cleaning and security services.
- Lead a team for:
• Providing guidance, training and support to ensure exceptional service delivery
• Developing and implementing policies, procedures and standards to enhance guest satisfaction, streamline operations and maintain compliance with regulations.
• Maintaining relationships with vendors, suppliers and partners to ensure quality services.
• Managing guest feedback and resolving complaints or issues.
