B2B MANAGEMENT
- Developing and executing plans for strategic growth and project manages corporate strategy initiatives as needed to drive timeline and execution;
- Conducting market research and analysis, and identifying market trends and/or opportunities for new strategic or sell-side partnerships;
- Prepare the business case and feasibility studies for new strategic initiatives and/or new strategic partnerships in close partnership with business unit leaders;
- Liaise with partners to solve issues, communicate needs and create synergy;
- Be responsible for developing corporate strategies to increase revenue for our pharmacy and healthcare business, through strategic initiatives or cultivating and maintaining relationships among strategic (or sell side) business partners;
- Negotiating contracts with strategic partners;
- Analyze and report on partner initiatives, forecast for strategic changes and report on key metrics;
- Work with the rest of the Finance, and business unit teams to drive new market expansion strategies into the annual strategic and financial planning processes;
ORGANIZATION AND TEAM MANAGEMENT
- Set targets to subordinates by assigning KPIs, giving instructions, supporting for achieving the targets and ensuring performance appraisal as requested;
- Develop departmental organizational structure, job descriptions, process, budget to perform the company strategies/ goals. -- - Ensure periodical review or whenever necessary;
- Develop departmental and individual KPIs, do alignment with direct line manager and ensure the target achievement;
- Deliver training of processes, procedures, work standards/ instructions to subordinates, and ensure the compliance within the delegated function;
- Create best practices for the teams in the systematic approach and ensure activities are delivered in line with these best practices (Includes SOPs, process, policies, work instructions, improvement ideas);
- Build-up and develop the team, organize and assign tasks, manage the team performance; implement the employees’ competence evaluation and have professional development activities to fix gap between the current and expectation;
- Motivate, encourage employee engagement and ensure a positive work environment;
