Backend Engineer

● Develop, test, and maintain highly scalable Java applications.
● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
● Contribute to the design and architecture of software solutions, ensuring adherence to best practices and optimal performance.
● Conduct code reviews and provide guidance on coding standards and design patterns.
● Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
● Resolve technical challenges and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
● Work closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to deliver high-quality features.
● Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous learning.
● Stay updated on emerging technologies and apply them to improve existing systems.
● Participate in technical discussions and ensure the team follows Agile practices.

● At least 5 years of hands-on experience in Java development, with a strong understanding of Java 8 features.
● Proficiency in frameworks like Spring Boot, Hibernate, or JPA.
● Experience with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
● Familiarity with relational databases and NoSQL databases.
● Proficient in build tools like Maven or Gradle, and version control systems like Git.
● Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
● Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
● Experience with messaging systems such as Kafka or RabbitMQ.
● Good command of English.
