After receiving PO from sales, input order into ERP system.
Communicating to Head Office, Buyer, Supplier, Factory to solve all matters from development until shipment
Organize and set up from the beginning
Process for Sample development, work with related department
Making purchase order materials/ accessories
Transfer order into production
Contacting with factories/ Planning team for follow up status of sample process, quality inspections or order schedules
Controlling and solving all problems related to order's progress
Follow up the delivery and customer's payment.
