Battery Chief Engineer – Energy Industrial

Manage engineering projects from concept through production, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations, legal standards, and corporate policies.
Coordinate with other departments, including manufacturing, quality, and supply chain, to ensure seamless project execution.
Understanding of electrical systems, electrical equipment, PLC, HMI, Servo, control algorithms, especially battery systems, all Testing Machine
Lead the engineering team development, and testing of battery systems.
Reports to: [Board of Directors / Chairman]

Working hours: Monday to Friday (8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.);
Salary: negotiable
13th month salary bonus + Quarterly KPI bonus and Annual KPI bonus based on work performance.
Salary increase will be considered once a year

In-depth knowledge of Lithium- battery chemistry, electrochemistry, and battery management systems (BMS)
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
ENGLISH – Toiec 700 or Equivalence to communicate and interact well with Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
Available to travel regularly.
