Mô tả công việc
• Assist HRM in setting up HR system: policy, procedure, employee handbook, Compliance check, HR management software, job evaluation process, C&B Surveys
• HRIS tasks
• Work out internal and external reports: Annual leave, Absenteeism, Overtime, ...
• In-charge of the employee relation job tasks: satisfaction survey, assist HRM in employee engagement efforts to maintain employee morale and welfare.
• Collaborate and support in activities and promoting the organizations Continuous Improvement strategy
• To make monthly declaration of social security to the local personnel insurance bureau including but not limited to social, health and unemployment insurances.
• To prepare and maintain the social insurance data of all staff.
• To check and reconcile the social insurance data with the social insurance bureau on a monthly basis to ensure the precision of monthly contribution amounts.
• To prepare the personnel insurance transfer files monthly.
• To calculate monthly personal income tax of all employees and contractors/consultants (if any) and to work on the annual finalization of personal income tax on employee’s behalf.
• To fulfil all the local regulation compliance requirements in filing, reporting and payments of social insurances and personal income tax with strict review on the interaction between PIT and CIT.
• Monitor and manage the employee attendance system, ensuring accurate tracking of working hours, overtime, and absences, and resolve any discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Oversee and execute the payroll process to ensure accurate and timely salary disbursement for all employees, including compliance with relevant local regulations and company policies.
• Manage all aspects of Personal Income Tax (PIT)
• Handle the year-end PIT finalization process
• Adhere to promote IATF 16949 policies.
• Collaborate and support in activities and promoting the organizations Continuous Improvement strategy
• Check jobs result of other HR General Executive
• Other job assignments from the direct manager
