Beauty Advisor

Advise, and follow up with customers regarding the cost, treatment plan, and schedule based on the treatment recommendations of the doctor in order to solve the desired problems of customers
Taking care of customers and surveying customer satisfaction with the results and services.
Support doctors on monitor the treatment process of the customer
Build a long-term relationship with the client as a trusted consultant
Support to perform other tasks according to the business needs of the company or according to the analysis of the Direct Manager and the Board of Directors
Contact and learn the needs of customers, find potential customers and develop new customers
Work location: WMC Tower, 102C Cong Quynh, Pham Ngu Lao Ward, D1, HCMC
Beauty Advisor has a very important role – is a bridge between doctors and customers, and is the brand ambassador of Grace Skincare Clinic in conveying our core values ​​to customers.
Job type: Permanent, full-time
Support and advise the Board of Directors and Marketing department in building campaigns/programs based on customer interactions.
Working hour: 6 day / week, 10:00AM – 7:00PM, Sunday 10:00AM – 5:00PM (01 day-off/week, except Saturday & Sunday)

Will be trained as a Professional Beauty Advisor
Working in professional, international standards with a team of experienced and ethical doctors
Probation (02 months): 100% basic salary + bonus for outstanding performance during the probation period.

Graduation from College/University, preferred degree in Medical/Nursing or Pharmaceutical
At least 1 year working in the Skincare industry such as clinic, spa, beauty salon, pharmaceutical representative, Consulting cosmetic dermatology, Cosmetic Trainer, Beauty Advisor
Passion for medical cosmetic dermatology, skincare is an advantage
Good at English communication skills, foreign clients is from over 30%
Proactive, responsible and confidence, and have a service mindset
Female candidate, age from 25 years old
