Booking KOLs Planner Executive

KOL/Influencer Booking:
Identify, negotiate, and book KOLs/Influencers for marketing campaigns.
Ensure KOLs align with campaign objectives and brand values.
Campaign Management:
Plan, coordinate, and execute campaigns involving KOLs.
Monitor and evaluate campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvements.
Relationship Building:
Build and maintain strong relationships with KOLs/Influencers for long-term partnerships.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with internal teams to ensure the completion of projects as committed with clients;
Work with execution teams to provide the most relevant and attractive service offers to clients;
Follow progress with campaign management teams to make sure our high performance and commitments are always delivered.

Salary:
100% Salary and allowances for 2-month Probation
Salary review 2 times/year, development opportunity and become a key employee of the company

Flexible time: 9AM – 6PM (7,5 hours/day From Monday to Friday)

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree (Marketing major or equivalence is a referral).
Experience/Knowledge:
At least 2 years of experience in KOL booking or influencer management (Experience working at booking agencies or KOL agencies is plus)
Experience in client relationship management in Advertising/ Marketing industry;
Solid understanding of digital advertising practices including major platforms like Facebook, Google, Youtube, or local booking KOL service;
Skills: Excellent written and verbal presentation skills and proficiency in typical office working software (PowerPoint, excel, etc).
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Attitude: Professional, Customer-oriented, Detail-oriented, Can-do attitude.
