POSITION: COSMETIC BRAND MANAGER
A. ROLES
Oversee the sales and performance of group luxury brands of Estee Lauder partner. Responsible for building and raising brand awareness, brand management and Market Share Growth delivery.
B. MAIN DUTIES
1. Holds primary accountability for achieving brand sales and P&L (including NOP) targets for group brands of Estee Lauder partner.
2. Works closely with Managing Director to set goals, develop, and implement business plans, developing the strategies to deliver the correct mix of business across each sales channels.
3. Ensures that brand image and position are properly maintained in accordance with corporate standards.
4. Develops plans for Training, Merchandising, Store Design, and PR and determines product selection, assortment, pricing and promotional plans.
5. Lead BA team, ensure appropriate staffing and establish performance management and development initiatives.
6. Prepare reports & presentations as brands or BOD’s direction.
