At BSS Commerce, we believe that our people are fundamental to achieving our vision and mission. As such, we are committed to attracting and retaining top-tier talent. The Brand Executive plays a crucial role in this effort and will be responsible for the following tasks:
1.Event Management (60%)
Design touchpoints and event experiences that leave participants with a WOW impression of BSS Commerce’s brand.
Plan and conduct events to elevate BSS brand awareness, tailoring strategies to the event's purpose and audience.
Proactively plan and build project strategy, proposals, and execution details.
Collaborate and manage vendors to ensure events are executed on time and meet established KPIs, fostering a spirit of collaboration and respect.
Manage events’ expenses and work closely with Accountant team to proceed the event financial process
2.Social Communications & Content Management (30%)
Manage event’s content circle including Pre-event, during-event and post-event content.
Manage BSS Commerce's communication channels such as Fanpage, YouTube, LinkedIn, Website, etc., and plan content ideas to develop communications effectively.
Collect insights from the events to build expert articles.
3.Partners Relations Management (10%)
Support to build relationships with internal and external partners to ensure robust support for BSS Commerce’s event.
Support partners with contracts and agreements, monitor partner benefits following event guidelines and ensure partners are more than satisfied with their collaboration with BSS Commerce events.

Seniority bonus, birthday gifts, and other benefits.
Salary: Up to 15M VND (with reviews after the first 2 months and every 6 months thereafter).
Statutory holidays and collective activities (team building, travel) organized by the Company.
Office located on the 14th, 16th, 18th, 19th and 20th floors with a home-like workplace design (massage chairs, PS5, etc.).
Free tea & coffee service.
Monthly in-house coaching and mentoring programs.
5 working days per week (Monday to Friday).
Other benefits in accordance with the Company's policies and the Labor Code
Salary: Up to 15M VND (with reviews after the first 2 months and every 6 months thereafter).

Yêu cầu kỹ năng
Good English skills (IELTS 7.0 or equivalent).
Age: 22-27.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
People-oriented with a customer-centric and service mindset.
Bachelor's Degree required in Communications, PR, Marketing, or a related field, with at least 2 years of full-time work experience.
Enthusiastic, enjoys working with people, and adaptable in resolving conflicts.
Video editing and design skills are a plus.
Age: 22-27.
