Business Analyst

Translate business requirements into functional specifications for the WMS.
Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders.
Conduct detailed analysis of current warehouse processes and systems.
Ensure alignment of the WMS with business goals and objectives
SOP Development:
Define and document Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all aspects of warehouse operations.
Ensure SOPs are aligned with best practices and regulatory requirements.
Develop training materials and guides to support SOP implementation.
Product Rollout:
Develop and conduct training sessions for end-users.
Plan and execute the rollout of the WMS to warehouse staff.
Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting during the initial rollout phase.
Gather feedback from users and make necessary adjustments to the system.
Stakeholder Communication:
Maintain regular communication with project stakeholders and senior management.
Provide regular updates on project status, milestones, and any issues encountered.
Facilitate meetings and workshops as needed.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in building or implementing ERP projects focusing on warehouse and inventory management modules, as well as related projects.
- Strong knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and related technologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA).
- Demonstrated logical thinking and critical thinking abilities.
- Certification in Project Management (PMP) or Business Analysis (CBAP) is a plus.
