Mô tả công việc

Understand client requirements and propose appropriate software solutions to meet their needs.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential enterprise clients.
Identify and develop new business opportunities in the software and digital transformation space.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
Attending industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to expand the company's network and brand presence.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and technical teams, to drive business growth.
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and objectives.
Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to clients, showcasing the value and benefits of our software solutions.
Negotiate and close business deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term relationships.
Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and market dynamics to provide valuable insights to the company.

Yêu cầu kỹ năng

Proven experience in business development, preferably in the software or digital transformation industry, Marketing at Agency.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence key stakeholders.
Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong network of contacts within the enterprise sector, with a track record of successful client relationship management.
Proficiency in basic English is required.
Results-oriented mindset with a strong drive for achieving sales targets.
Solid understanding of software solutions and digital transformation concepts.
Ability to travel as needed to meet clients and attend events.

Time: 9:00 – 18:00, Monday to Friday
Address: 12 Floor, 60A Truong Son Street, Tan Binh District, Ho Chi Minh City.
