Mô tả công việc

This is a full-time role for Business Development – Vietnam. The role will involve promoting and selling Australian property B2B offering and services in Viet Nam. The Business Development will work closely with the sales team and be responsible for conducting market research, identifying, and generating new business leads, negotiating and closing deals, and meeting sales targets.
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development to spearhead our expansion into the Viet Nam market for our products. As a Business Development member in our team you’ll have the opportunity to foster your career path.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with product team and customer support team to deliver customized product solutions and satisfactory services.
- Develop a robust pipeline of opportunities with potential B2B clients (companies, banks, education agencies) in Vietnam, through traditional approaches (such as cold/warm calls and emails, networking) and creative marketing campaigns (in collaboration with marketing team) to drive revenue growth.
- Formulate short-term and long-term goals, outlining specific milestones and success metrics.
- Identify and establish strategic partnerships with financial organizations, educational agencies, government bodies, and key stakeholders to enhance market penetration.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify key trends, competitor landscape, and potential opportunities in the real estate sector in Vietnam.
- Regularly track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to business development and market expansion.
