JOB DESCRIPTION
Lead Identification & Qualification:
Identify and qualify potential leads, conduct research to match business needs with company offerings, and engage prospects via calls, emails, or meetings.
Client Meetings & Presentations:
Organize and lead initial client meetings, present solutions, collaborate with internal teams to prepare proposals, and document key information for follow-up.
Estimations & Quotations:
Work with internal teams to create accurate cost estimations, present them to clients, address questions, and negotiate.
Deal Closure:
Lead final negotiations and follow up post-deal to ensure satisfaction and explore future opportunities.
Contract Preparation:
Coordinate with Legal and Operations teams to draft and finalize contracts, ensuring compliance.
Collaboration & Communication:
Collaborate with internal teams on proposals and maintain clear communication with clients throughout the sales process.
Other Tasks:
Additional duties as assigned and willingness to travel when needed.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Education:
Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related fields.
Experience: minimum 3
year in BD/Sales, preferably in the BPO industry, with a proven sales track record.
Skills
: Strong communication, relationship-building, project management, and negotiation skills. Advanced presentation and problem-solving abilities.
Language
: Excellent English communication skills.
Soft Skills
: Deep understanding of the sales process, expertise in contract negotiation, and ability to build long-term client relationships.
