Objectives of this role
• Market Expansion - Develop, execute, and oversee a business strategy that prioritizes growth and positive customer ratings - to expand ATS’s presence and market share in the North American overseas study market
• Revenue Generation - Use financial techniques to achieve sales targets and to improve sales revenue. Implement effective sales and marketing strategies to achieve sales targets attract students and convert leads into enrollments.
• Relationship building - Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, including educational institutions, agents, counselors, and potential students, is crucial.
Responsibilities
1. Counselling and customer service:
• Lead Generation and Conversion: Implement lead generation strategies to attract prospective students. Collaborate with the marketing team to execute digital marketing campaigns, participate in education fairs, conduct seminars, and engage with potential students to convert leads into enrollments.
• Sales and Revenue Management: Manage North America team.
2. Business Development:
• Business Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive business strategy for the North America overseas study market. This includes identifying target markets, setting sales targets, and formulating marketing plans to achieve business objectives.
• Identity business opportunities and assist foreign client institutions to develop/set up joint/twinning programs with local institutions.
3. Training
• Develop a training plan that aligns with the identified needs and organizational goals. Create a training schedule, considering availability of trainers, resources, and counselors' workloads.
4. Office operation:
• Responsible for managing office services by ensuring office operations and procedures are organized.
