Mô tả công việc
• Analysis and Recommendations:
Conduct research and evaluate the investment efficiency of projects. Provide recommendations and guidance on new business areas such as environmental management, renewable energy, and construction investment.
• Surveying and Project Management:
Participate in surveys, prepare feasibility reports, and manage the supervision of construction investment project execution.
• Relationship Building and Procedures:
Establish and maintain working relationships with local authorities and agencies. Handle investment procedures, draft, and process relevant documents and correspondence.
• Support and Delegation:
Perform other tasks as requested by the department head and engage in related duties as assigned.
