1. Strategic Planning: Understand consumer, customer needs and market insights to formulate business plan for starting up New business of Refrigeration in Vietnam.
- Based on market analysis and competitive analysis, build a mid-term plan (channel, product, pricing strategy) for growing refrigeration business in Vietnam
- Understanding of the entire refrigeration market in Vietnam, by conducting interviews to channel (dealer, installer, contractor etc.) and stakeholders (owner, investor, developer, consultant, etc.) .
- Understanding the competitors in the market for each SBU and making competitive analysis (3C, 4P, 4C, SWOT Analysis, etc.)
- From the insights from the market, and competitive analysis, make a product strategy that meets the Vietnam market requirements and work with Factory in other country to launch in the market
2. Management & Execution: Manage, guide, and participate in direct planning and task execution that are aligned with business objectives and company strategies. Go to customer to actually make sales negotiations.
3. Business Analysis: Analyze business and review constantly current business practices and performance with key stakeholders to optimize future planning and execution.
4. Cross functional collaboration with internal departments and external teams in other affiliate to facilitate sales activities and ensure the compliance of sales activities to current regulation and to drive the business results.
