Mô tả công việc

This role will be based in HCMC and will report to the General Director of EVN.
1/ Overview Basic Functions & Responsibilities
• P&L, Revenue B and Revenue A as total and each product responsibility for the General & CNS Business Unit (BU)
• Short-, medium- and long-term strategic planning, resource allocation and tactical implementation.
• Develop cross-functional strategy and plan to address environmental, competitive, access and policy needs of the General & CNS BU
2/ Primary Activities
• Understand competitors’ activities and industry trends, proactive support General Director in developing solutions to meet goals and come up with additional opportunities.
• Lead General & CNS MKT in launch readiness for new products and new indications in Vietnam market in a positive manner and build our company reputation and branded in the market.
• Create the strategy of access to medicine (ATM) for patient by utilized our established and innovative drugs based on hhc+eco (human health care+ecosystem) philosophy as new business scheme.
• Proactive performance to create new ideas and boldly take on challenges that are not bound by past/old experience or general common market sense.
• Visit field activities and join the event in person to engage KOL, mitigate potential trouble and inspire employees as a leader

3/ Area of Responsibility
Key Activities/Elements:
• Strongly manage with related to alliance partner, potential partner, ecosystem partner relevant related to stakeholders (distributors)
• Work with QARA, FA to ensure continuous supply chain for patients and well manage inventory
• Active support relevant departments to achieve cross functional project such as NRDL, PAP, disease awareness.
• Always lead and implement any strategies relating to General & CNS BU optimization our business has tough negotiation skills.

3/ People management & Talent development
• Provide leadership and support to the staff of the General & CNS BU by providing guidance on the management as role model and other development issues. Strategically support them in planning and implementing stretch sales targets and customer engagements.
• Responsible for talent management of the General &CNS BU, which includes talent identification, development plans and succession plans

4/ Learn and Development
• Offer continuous support and companionship to team members across various departments within the company
• Lead orientation and onboarding initiatives for new hires, ensuring they integrate seamlessly into their roles and teams.
• Communicate effectively with employees and leaders from multiple functions to identify learning needs.
