1. To be responsible for designing and developing compensation and benefits programs, recognition and reward policies that attract, motivate and retain employees and support the overall goals of company strategy (40%)
- Analyze market data, salary benchmarking to ensure pay equity, competitiveness, and compensation positioning.
- Work with stakeholders to define the goals, scopes of the compensation and benefits models for the business units.
- Conduct job analysis and evaluation for functional job of the business unit.
- Develop pay grades, salary range for different positions in business unit.
- Launch the C&B models/programs with pilots and ensure providing support, guidance for staff during the implementation.
- Collect feedback in various methods, analyze data for insight, perception and preference.
- Set up, conduct and monitor the communication plan and activities for C&B model to stakeholders in the business unit timely and effectively.
- Monitor industry and external market and provide analysis on the impact of relevant developments in the compensation and benefits areas.
- Regularly check-in with management to assess the effectiveness and come up with proposals for improvement/adjustment.
- Work closely with stakeholders to develop compensation models/programs as well as build up policies and procedures for implementation of the model complied with the labor law.
- Participate and lead related projects and initiatives.
2. To be partner to managements in assigned business units to develop and drive organizational capability to reach the business objectives (50%)
- Regularly conduct open dialogues/conversations to better understanding the assigned business unit. Assisting management in the development and implementation of HR processes and policies.
- Offer advice and consultation when needed on HR-related matters to the managements in the assigned business unit to enable their achievement of organization’s goals through strong utilization of talents.
- Build and maintain a strong and trust relationship with the management in the assigned business unit.
- Support management to enhance efficiency and effectiveness when planning people and team structure; enhancing employee engagement & development; and promoting positive employee relations, maintaining a positive work environment.
3. To support in HR management (10%)
- Participate in HR projects and initiatives upon request.
- Contribute to the development and execution of HR strategies.
- Timely support and coach HR team members on HR-related matters.
- Other tasks as assigned by Human Resource Manager.
