Job Descriptions
- Support activities related to product introduction and development such as events, PR, promotions, food photography, and cooking classes.
- Participate in interviews and research on customer taste and nutrition preferences.
- Develop and improve new recipes.
- Stay updated on kitchen equipment, recipes, and culinary trends.
- Train the sales team on basic kitchen knowledge and food trends.
- Introduce, analyze, and guide the sales team on various menu formats.
- Assist in building and enhancing consumer understanding of products.
- Develop and update product application guides.
- Collaborate with the sales team to address customer inquiries.
- Assist the Executive Chef in conducting cooking demonstrations showcasing product applications and creativity.
- Provide culinary expertise for product analysis, market research, and evaluation.
- Research and identify culinary trends to develop product applications.
- Help establish culinary standards for new product development or improvement projects.
- Prepare weekly reports and plans to support customer development and product marketing.
