Mô tả công việc

- Manage sales forecasts, track the forecast fulfillment progress, and track the forecast execution. Monitor the sales data deviation, identify and analyze risks, seek solutions, and monitor and implement improvements.
- Be responsible with doing market insight, help to optimize channel structure and channel development; support on partner policy communication.
- Assist in developing and optimizing management mechanism for key projects of the region; participate in the operation of key projects; manage the standardization of project operations (appointment, meeting, briefing, and information security); organize regular project meetings and emergency meetings; output task division; drive the closure of each project task; provide warnings on project risks; and ensure the results.
- Main coordinator of region channel account. Routine operation and management of Vietnam Regional Partners Ecosystem, coordinate related departments to development partner relation, break through key market together with partner, coordinate related departments to carry out training activities for partners.
- Assist in the application and improvement of IT tools related to sales and marketing in regions.
- Maintenance of rebate management, and sales performances verification
- Develop and manage partner marketing activity plans, support partner precision marketing activities.
- Organize management daily work of the department.
