Chief Accountant

Key Responsibilities:
1. Financial Management:
o Preparing the financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
o Managing daily accounting functions (processing vendor payments and check requests, updating receivables, payables, assets, taxes, etc.).
o Ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes.
o Monitor and analyze accounting data to produce financial reports and statements.
2. Compliance and Audit:
o Ensure compliance with Vietnamese accounting standards, tax regulations, and other relevant laws.
o Coordinate and manage external and internal audits.
o Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure the accuracy of financial records.
3. Budgeting and Forecasting:
o Assist in the preparation of the annual budget and financial forecasts.
o Monitor budget performance and provide variance analysis.
o Provide financial insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.
4. Team Management:
o Lead and manage the accounting team, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
o Foster a positive and collaborative working environment.
o Ensure the team meets deadlines and maintains high standards of accuracy and efficiency.
5. Taxation:
o Tax compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
o Prepare and file tax returns (CIT, VAT, FCT, PIT) accurately and on time.
o Stay updated on changes in tax laws and regulations and their impact on the company.
* Working time: Monday to Friday (9AM to 6PM) Saturday morning (9AM to 1PM)

VND 11,000,000/month+ commission.
