Functions & Duties
Be responsible for ensuring revenue by Marketing, partnerships and business development activities
Make Marketing and Business Development plan and execute the plan to achieve revenue & market share, branding value targets.
Ensure the unifying of brand and slogan/message of company across all channels
Recruit, retain and train team members with result-oriented culture to achieve Marketing, BD and Sales department KPIs
MARKETING:
Build strategic plans and execute all marketing, brand and communication activities
Research current trends and standards of market, industry and competitors to strategy and suggest improvements and innovations for product – market fit
Plan, execute and manage PR campaigns and channels (media / news outlets and awards)
Plan, execute and manage digital marketing campaigns (social media, performance marketing, advertising plan..)
Manage and produce all visual assets and contents for customer-facing marketing materials
Plan and execute direct engagement campaigns with customers, community building strategies and KOL/KOC/Referral programs
Key metrics: MKT ROI in terms of traffic, leads (data) and converted sales, brand health data (impression, Top of mind)
BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT & SALES DEPARTMENT
Build strategic plans and execute all business development and sales activities to deliver revenue KPI and growth
Pricing-market fit and coordinate with Marketing team to prepare all high-quality materials for B2B, B2C sales
Plan, execute, manage and continuously evaluate B2B/B2C sales pipelines and channels for optimized ROI and conversion rates
Plan, execute and manage all sales operations activities (including online D2C channel, B2C T&C, warranty policies, B2B Business partner program,..)
Coordinate and collaborate with marketing team to continuously evaluate channel efficiency and push for optimization
Key metrics: BDM ROI in terms of sales process dashboard, leads and converted sales
