Job Purpose
The job holder is repsonsible for developing and implementing capability development activities in the Frontlinethrough:
1. Designing and managing the construction of job profiles, training roadmaps, career paths, recruitment,appointment guidelines, and capacity asssestment process
2. Developing and implementing training programs (10-20-70) for Frontline
3. Guide/design training materials, including products, programs, and campaign training materials
4. Planning and implementing capacity assessment of Frontline
5. Become a Business Coach
Key Accountabilities
1. Capacity Development
- Develop JD, JS for Frontline
- Coordinate with Human Resources department to monitor and evaluate actual capacity against thecompetency framework requirements.
- The focal point to receive feedback and make suggestions to build, evaluate, and adjust the necessarycompetency framework, training roadmap for Frontline
- Capacity development for the Frontline
- Conduct productivity improvement programs, coaching and mentoring to enhance frontline's productivity andsales
- Design and implement professional training programs for the Frontline under RACI with HR
- Develop and implement a roadmap to narrow capacity GAP, including the planning and training required forthe position consistent with business objectives (including management positions in Business Banking Center)
- Set up and manage the implementation of human resource development programs such as successionplanning, reserve director, trainee management...
2. Training on customer experience / Product / Solution / Customer Journey
- Develop, guide và coordinate the implementation of personnel capacity assessment for recruitment,appointment/rotation to ensure that the capacity is met according to position requirements.
- Generate documents and implement trainings on customer experience / Products / Solutions / The responsivecustomer journey to ensures that the needs of customers and business are met.
- Develop and implement PDP Personal Development programs, synthesizing, planning training, and annualtraining budget for the positions of Frontline
- Report periodically and/or at the request of the Chief of Division on the progress of capacity development.
- Implement training and provide professional trainers according to RACI with LnD HR.
- Other tasks assigned by the management level.
