We are looking for a highly motivated Client Advisor with a keen eye for detail, a desire to work in a positive start-up environment, and ready to be one of the first members to join us in building the symbol of a global luxury lifestyle in Vietnam.
ABOUT THE JOB:
Reports operationally to: CEO
The roles and responsibilities of the Client Advisor include but are not limited to:
Sale function:
• Research and understanding of the International Property Industry.
• Find and follow prospects and leads/Actively seeking sales opportunities.
• Discover of customer demand and tailor customer’s requirements.
• Prepares a sales strategy.
• Promoting ideal proposals and services to customers/ preparing and sending quotations to customers.
• Interact with customer/Negotiate and handle customer issues.
• Handle administration work related to customers.
• Actively building customer relationship/ Maintaining customer database.
• Provide After-sales services.
Sales Operations:
• Work closely with Christie’s International team to generate new opportunities, increase customer retention, drive sales, and increase the brand awareness/reputation.
• Communicate regularly with Christie’s International team and be the contact point for daily dealership operations.
• Coordinate with relevant teams to support essential paperwork and documents such as contracts, agreements, POA, permits, approvals, internal letters, etc.
• Office maintenances supervise.
Personal development:
• Demonstrate exemplary ongoing self-development and personal growth.
• Continuously improve knowledge about product portfolio, market, relevant law & policies
Team-effort duties:
• Contribute to team effort by welcoming new and different work requirements; exploring new opportunities to enhance the quality of work and services; helping others accomplish related job results as and where needed.
• Other tasks and responsibilities assigned to the Employee by the Company which may be adjusted from time to time.
