We are looking to add to our coffee research team in Viet Nam. This person will work in a market-leading team to understand the dynamics of the local and international coffee market and communicate that to internal stakeholders.
Responsibilities
· Supporting our agronomic research; Using field tours in coffee regions, weather impacts and market dynamics to develop understanding of coffee production in Vietnam
· Conduct coffee production tours to forecast crop size, timing, and quality
· Maintain contacts with producers in Vietnam for in person visits and phone surveys
· Develop and update data about all aspects of production of coffee in Vietnam
· Monitor weather dynamics and their relationship with crop
